Our jute and cotton rugs are meticulously handmade by skilled artisans who pour their expertise and passion into each creation. As a result, the production process may take a little longer than mass-produced alternatives. We believe that the wait is worth it, as the end product exudes authenticity and uniqueness.
Size and Color Variations:     

1. The thickness of the rug is 5-7 mm
We Accept Custom orders for Size, Color, and Design. And size can vary a little bit due to the handmade process.

2. Natural Raw Jute and Cotton Material: Jute, sustainable and earthy fibres, form the foundation of our rugs. This natural material, imbued with its distinct characteristics, may vary in hue and tone from one batch to another. This natural diversity is a testament to the authenticity of our rugs, showcasing the genuine beauty of raw materials.

3. Lighting Effects in Photography: The visual representation of our rugs in product images can be influenced by lighting conditions during photography. While we make every effort to accurately depict the colors, the way they appear on your screen may be influenced by factors such as screen settings, monitor calibration, and ambient lighting.

Care:
You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You Can Vacuum or Rub the Spot with a Damp cloth to clean them.

Packing:
The Rugs are sent in a folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. it will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. it will be properly flat.

Return Policy:
We accept the return only in the case of damaged or wrong products only. If the buyer wants to exchange the product or size of the rug then the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges and also the shipping charge for the new product.
NOTE: - A little bit difference of in color and size will be not a wrong or damaged product.

NOTE: - Duties / Taxes: - Country specification Import Fee and taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be paid by the buyer at the time of the delivery of the order (we will provide free shipping for all orders). If the buyer refuses the delivery and the shipment returns then we are not responsible for any reship or refund.
