Packing:

But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. it will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. it will be properly flat.

Return Policy:
We accept the return only in the case of damaged or wrong products only. If the buyer wants to exchange the product or size of the rug then the buyer will be the responsible to pay the return shipping charges and also the shipping charge for the new product.
NOTE: - A little bit difference of in color and size will be not a wrong or damaged product.
